Does anyone have a good philosophy for passing inside the 10 yard line? What formation and routes work best? When I get a third down and goal and it's a little too long to run I have problems. Any ideas would be great.

I would say try putting 1 WR on a slant. Put the other WR on a out or in route. I wouldn't put any more receivers out that 2 because then they just get in the way in such a small area. Plus the defense if probably going to blitz, so keep guys in backfield to block.

In general I like to use the backs on angle routes over the middle. Usually most people play zone in this area and all you have to do is wait for the back to clear.

send WR's on slants over the middle and send both backs out into the flats. ( use dual hb package) if the slants arent open usually the flats are. also...run out routes to either receiver. I like to use my TE in the redzone...he's a big target and can outjump safeties and linebackers. I use the Giants so it's a little easier for me.

I like to spread the defense out with 5 wideouts. I love forcing guys to audible out of their goal line D. 9 of 10 times I can score with a quick pass on a hot route or with a QB option run.
Use ghost routes, and throw underneath. The post works great here.
Also, try the flats. If its there, its an easy 6. Doesn't have to be a RB.
It can be the TE. I also think screens work great inside the goalline.

First off it depends on ur oppts def style. MOST people seam to play cover 2 or cover 3 style def in the redzone unless u are so close they know u will run. Run a formation with a slot rec. Theres alot of dif looks u can show them. The outside WR can run an out or screen or even a slant or curl. If it is a slant make sure u have a te or back running a swing route in that direction. Now for the Key route, the out slant by the slot rec. Wide open.
Also dont forget the HB circle/ old HB curl route. Its very effective again all zones unless they are playing manual LB or safty to cut it off.

Don't force anything. If its not there, throw it away. Better to get 3 than nothing.

honestly id run a sweep or PA and hope for the best..... especially if you dont have any TALL receivers i never pass in the redzone, QB/FB dives and hb sweeps all the way!

my advice is to go singleback-4 Wr
and run HB dive
then you have to read the defense pre-snap
if the defense clears out and leaves a 4-1 or 4-0 then run the dive to the side that you think you can get the most yards to
its like a better executed draw
and if the defense goes 8 in the box or plays the run
formation audible up and turn the slot recivers to do quick OUT slants
this will usally work
good luck

I like the fade route vs Man
And wheel routes to the rb vs zone.
