I can't front I had hard time stoping the I twin 2 te se(half back toss) and the strong I 2 Te set with all the jumping TE's. So I firgure the best way to learn how to stop it,is to play with PB(with those formations) and see what other people do to stop it. Anyway I started playing with the playbook, and was wondering if anybody else plays with it or uses some of the set's out of it. Especially with Full house's sets(seems like u can alot of pancakes using the impact blocking which I still haven't gave up on? And now I learn how to pull routes it makes even more intersting. Any help would be appeciated?

I have been using this PB since 03... i did a write up on about 40 of the plays... i dont have it, but i think some on here do (chad pennington?)
i like the shotgun formations and the i form stuff the best... be really do us e every formation...and the splitback fomration they added has been great as well. i find that its great for both running and passing and has bi sets and spread sets.
what hlep are u looking for?

Maybe a couple of your money plays, and cool formation shifts that u use to get mismatches, maybe a couple of audible downs(for instance in full house I hate that instead of it being one RB with two FB's or FB and TE it is RB + FB + RB2 like RB2 can really block) I only been using the book for about a week and I play alot none mobile quaterbacks so I can also use quick zone killers and jump balls in man(u really want me to keep going). Maybe u can look in your old post and see if u got a link to that 40 post thread, I would really be intersted in looking at it. Former Tenn PB user just got tired of it.

Well since u ask......I only been playing with the playbook for about week. So right now I am in the process of forgetting my old playbook and trying to learn this PB. Anything that use to keep the chains moving, money zone plays, money man bump beaters, any interesting formation shifts that can result in mismatches I think u get the drift. I been using the full house(strong and weak) and kind of upset to find out that it is RB1 with FB1 and RB2 blocking... no other formation does the RB2 use to block.....Now I know how to pull routes there are some interesting(more like CRAZY) routes u can pull out of the full house too.
One passing formation I like is the shotgun 2RB 3WR set...1 money play I found out of it is the post flags play
SET UP: motion the slot man to the weak side. I usually put WR1 who is now line up by himself on a fly or wheel route. I do this because I know I will be looking off the safety and it is any kind of zone it will 1 on 1 converage. 1rst is the FB back doing the V route for a quick hit, against man it is killer and someone brings the safety to help u go up top. If they playing some kind of cover 1 with the middle LB covering the middle, I then look at my second read with be the slot who is in the same area doing the Z route( against man all day. and don't for bout the post corner against zone need I say more. Plus get extra second or too cause it out of the shotgun. Try or let me know if u use it already.
