Believe it or not my Raiders provide the best defence for me, fast OLB's, two fast safeties, CB's that can jump and keep up with any WR, two passrushing DE's and two mammoths clogging the run. Dont believe me...then test me..lol

prolly Broncos...Bailey is such a big playmaker, and their LBs can actually stick with receivers, and once you have to break runs to the outside, you're going to get 1 to 2 yards.

if you know what your doing on defence it really doesnt make a difference. Ive found that the titans have a pretty solid defence with keith bulluck anchoring it down. As long as you spread your defensive line out so your small but speedy defensive ends can put pressure from the outside. In my oppinion i would put laboy in at rde even though hes smaller

Tough to beat the Bears front 7.

I dont like their secondary though, 2 bad safties (Mike Brown is out) and the 2 starting CB's are slow, 90 and 88 spd.

I agree if your good at playing def u can make most any team good, and i base this on ppl that i have played. but I am not one of those ppl so I generally use the ravens or the bears simply cause I have not got used to swatting the ball or playing coverage with cbs or safties. Get ur stick skilz up practice practice and you will be good to go.

i love the jags, sweet d-line, really good MLB and decent OLB's. Lockdown corner in rasheen mathis and 2 good fast safeties. I play mostly zone because man blows so 2 fast safeties in the game is key. The broncos and falcons will get destroyed because of the lack of speed at safety

(biased) bears hands down best front 7 ever. corners bump wrs for a good minute i make hester my fs user all day. if you ever get a great jump on a 4 man front its extreme heat. as long as you can user in that secondary the front 7 will stop all runs and bring serious heat. just held a lvl 16 chargers user to 3 pts and lt had under 30 rushing yards

if your not that great with user controlling the safety than i would say the ravens are better cuz reed rolle and mcallister are lock down without user skills.

I seem to have alot more trouble against Da Bears D than the Baltimore D. I think you have to know how to use Bal's D though in order for it to be successful. With Da Bears you can play quarter D and have Urlacher Spy and still stop the running game. It's amazing. I myself play with Carolina and I cannot complain one bit about their D. They always do a great job for me, and have never really been dominated by one team once I started figuring out how to play the game.

I Think Da Ravens have it hands down, I dont know if Denvers overall Defense Rating is better, but theres alot of high 90's overall in the right attributes for Baltimore.
