A Lot Of Ppl Are Trying Out The 3-4 Defense And There Saying Its Great

Now I Was Wondering If That Would Be Such A Good Idea Considering They Have The Two Best Defensive Tackle (stroud And Henderson)

If you tweak it a little in substitutions,
the Jags run it beautifully.

I use the Jags w/the 3-4 PB and it works great...I set it up like this...

I have Hayward at RDE, Henderson at NT(DT), and Stroud as my LDE...(You might wanna try Spicer or Wiley at RDE just b/c they are more stout against the run than Hayward but I use HAyward b/c he is a better pass rusher when I use just a 3 man rush)

My OLB's are Pat Thomas(80 spd), and Clint Ingram(84spd)...

My ILB's are Mike Peterson(84 spd), and Darryl Smith(79 spd)...

I keep Brian Williams in at CB2 also...

Thas how I set it up and it works well for me...
