3-4 Solid 2 man under leaving the safety over the top on the deep threat side, using the safety to help stop the outside run if it happens.

How do you do a delayed bump? bump n run, then switch play twice?

Bump, and then flip the play. You can flip it back if you want. This way the DB's back off the receivers a little and basically disguise the bump. You'll still get burned against elite receivers though.

Well, it doesn't really matter. If it's 2 man under, the play is the same whether it's flipped or not.

2Man Under is probably the smartest and safest, but I've been sending corner blitzes out of the 3-4-Normal also though as the first Defensive play because usually people look to run first which the CB blitz can help contain if it goes to the edge, run playaction or start off with a more conservative passing play.

3-4 normal
Cover 4
*freeze
*pinch/crash D line down
*blitz both ILB's (they usually stack right over the DE's)
*coverage aud deep
*fan out safties twice
*bring SS back down to normal depth
*control FS
Pretty decent against the run and long ball.
Either that or 3-4 norms 2 man.

Quarter D, Under smoke.
bring the heat on the first play, does ok against the run, if he passes he is going to be sacked because it brings a CB blitz

3-4 under, DE contain
Pinch the LBs and control the 1 that is spying. It can stop various outside runs, Can stop middle runs if you can manual good with an LB. Also helps against QB's rolling out, be it a PA or w/e..
Also controlling the FS works but I prefer the spying LB.

3-4 buzz duo, show blitz or if i feel like taking a risk i do the all out blitz with 3 deep showing blitz.
i'm hopeing for them to audible the TE to block and use less weapons if they go for a pass....and if they still decide to run...most of the time my SS or LBs will stop them.
haha...you guys probably think its a stupid idea.

3-4 solid all blitz, but disguise coverage. Audible SS and 1 MLB to drop back. Works all the time.. lol

Best thing to do is 4-3.. 2 man under Or any 2 man under for that matter. That way your ready for any run and PA will not work deep.
