Well ok, I am stuck playing 05, since EA doesn't think us broke folks playing on the lowly GC deserve a newer version. I started a dynasty moving Appalachian State to 1A replacing FIU as an independent team. So I am starting with a 1AA roster, weak is a fairly inadequate term to describe it. I will be using a playbook similar to Navy running mostly flexbone with a few shotgun sets thrown in to spread the field more every now and then. I am trying to run a more balanced game (i.e. actually throw more than 10-12 times per game) than a constant option offense.
I know I am going to get killed in a few games on my schedule, and that a few others are coin flips at best. I do want to play at least half the games the first season, but would like to sim at least some to save time before I can get to work recruiting to fit my style of play. So, my question is, do I sim the ones I should win, the ones I will get killed, or the coin flip games in order to help my cause when it comes to recruiting?

I would only sim if I were two letter grades in each category above the team I was playing. Otherwise, the CPU will rip you occasionally.
