Jumping the snap...

I just bought the $27 guide. And looking at the ad it said something about being able to jump the snap. I've played some cats online and EVERY NOW AND AGAIN the NT will get to my QB at the snap. Just tell me under what heading its in in the guide and I'll do the rest.
