i've been in this situation a lot, all of my receivers are covered well, and if i try to run the ball with my qb i will for sure be stoped very soon and might fumble
usually i just throw the ball to whoever i think is covered the least but then a lot of times it gets intercepted, i loose a lot of games because of this, i never know what to do
i play as the ravens by the way

I usually try to have at least one deep route in everyplay, and if no one is open I throw it up to the deep route and try to make the user catch. Usually I can beat single coverage on most deep routes, and sometimes double coverage on others. This can be risky to do but if you have a good stick it can pay off big.
But the other thing about running an offense is you never want to get into a situation where there is no one open, you should always have a plan on how to get someone open. Whether your plan be seeing man and throwing an out to a speedster in the slot or seeing zone blitz and hitting the RB in the flat, you need a plan every play. If you know what to look for you will more likely find an open WR during the play.

As far as passing is concerned, try some pass plays that have option routes. Some of them really leave you wide open especially vs man d.

Always have a plan is the best way to solve this. When I come to the line of scrimage, I have an idea of what I am going to do. first i read is it man or zone, I make sure that I have an option for man, an option for zone. (keep in mind that you may have to alter routes to make sure that you beat zone) but i have that plan. For example i may be in a t3 wr set. If I think it is zone, I will streak the strong side reciever, and run a corner rt with the slot guy. on the other side of the field the weakside wr will be in a curl. If I see man, i will iether hit the crner rt or the curl. If it is zone I hit my corner rt, because in almost all zones, the deep streak will free up the corner rt because the zone respects the deepest man, also having a te or rb underneath on that side will definitely help.

i agree, definitly a pre-snap read. usually i will find one receiver and either hot route him to an are i believe will be open. but find one receiver (know the other routes on the play) and as soon as you hike the ball watch how the defense starts to move, if you the LB come in on a blitz you throw it and hit your guy if he doesn't automatically go to your next read.
also, if their pass coverage is that good try something with the trips formation i find that with 3 receivers on one side usually one of them will come free.
I absolutly agree with the above about always having 1 receiver on a deep route, normally the bomb won't get picked so if you get in trouble you can put it up and either catch it or it is imcomplete. also at the snap you can see if the safety is over the top of that deep route if he isn't you have a good chance of getting big yards. also throwing down the field like that a few times will normally get someone to back up a little and get off of your receivers and start opening up the underneath routes because they are worried about the long ball.

oh i forgot to mention also,,, precision passing is your friend. unless they are double or tripple covered throw away from the defender. for example if you send your RB streaking up the middle of the field the LB will cover him but he will be on the left or right of your RB throw the ball pushing the stick to the side he isn't on and 90% of the time he will catch it, so try and hit your receivers by forcing the ball away from covereage your receiver will adjust on his own.
