Press coverage is easy to beat with your reads. Of coarse, it all starts with picks and the marrying of routes. Use a compression style attack. Have recievers bunched up so they can't be pressed. Motion also helps beating the man press.
Try these formations and Lab them a bit. It won't be long until you see you will have success against press coverage.
SB Trips Bunch
SB Tight Flex
SG Trips TE
SB Twins TE
Also, use spread sets and use motion to create a compression set. IE: I use SB or SG 4 wide and motion 1 reciever over to create a trips on one side and a single WR one the other. Passing to RB's out of the backfield also will work well in a compression set if you clear the D out with Streaks.
