How do i request a refund of my NCAA playbook order from VG Sports per the 14 day guarantee?

and fill out a ticket. Let the support team know you like a refund on the NCAA 07 playbook. They will need your first, last name, plus type of method that was used to purchase the playbook. Also they will need the email address you placed your order with.
