What are some good drills?

A few years back, I picked up a really great drill here. I'm pretty sure it was from Kobra. I still do it now. Go into practice mode on offense. Call a pass play, and see how long you can stay in the pocket without passing. It is the greatest drill for pocket presence, and it taught me how to be patient in the pocket.

Does anyone have any drills similar to this? Any position. Offense or Defense.
