I need so defense help

hi guys im new to the board and i got a question that has been bugging me in the game. My opposing player plays a 1-5-5 prowl and he either plays the cover 4 drop play or the man play where the defense is moved back and the OLB to the left of the QB is blitzing... now when he does that i cant go deep because he moves his line out and his safties back so i cant get enough speed with the recievers. also he becomes his middle linebacker and follows my QB vision and i can not pass and i have to because that defense stops the run pretty well. any suggestions. and by the way this site is great ive been watching for a few days before i joind and there are a lot of great people on this site and its just awsome. thanks

against cover 4, either the flats or the middle is open. Any reciever within 5 yards of the line can be thrown to without the cone. Also try a twin wr set. Screen the outside wr, put the inside wr on an outside slant. Motion the RB to the wr side and streak him. The screen will hold the flat and the streak will draw the deep coverage leaving the slant open.

Learn to Run up the middle with I form, Broken Formations, and single back with motion. It will blow the 1-5-5 up.

I will get 125+ yards on the 1-5-5.
