Are we all aware of the fact that the Denver D has only given up 2 TDs this season? 1 to the browns and 1 to the pats.

2 TDs in 6 games...

WOW!!!

Yeah but they always have good numbers in the reg. season and they always suck in the playoffs.

They have the best defense for now, but they have a smallish and fast defense, just like Atlanta. They will wear down and slow down late in the season. Thats why both Denver and Atlanta always start out fast and end their seasons early in the playoffs.

Has anyone seen the play of Elvis Dumervil? That guy is playing really well, and if he can become a serious pass rusher then the Broncos D will get even better, because they usually drop all three of their superfast linebackers in coverage.

Anyone know how that compares to Minny? They have to be close on most points scored by defense.

Yeah, the Chargers may certainly not seem like #1 considering the way they got torched by KC yesterday, but I don't think their rediculously overrated either like some are saying. They just got outplayed yesterday in a hostile environment. KC's defensive success carried over to their offense. Their not #1, but I still think their a top 5 Defense when all healthy.

Ok, now I agree with you...It is hard to play in KC....They are top 5....too me I just see how there the best to some of these "analysts...

I still think its Denver then the Bears. Besides look who the Bears played compared to who Denver has played.

Ryan....

As much as Id like to agree... I cant.

Den D is more stout then ours...

Now.. We do get more sacks... more TO... and more td.. then Den, but... they dont give up yards and the havn't given up as many points. Its that simple.

I'd still rather have a D like ours, but.. they are a bit more solid then we are.

We are just more Dangerous... If that makes sense...

Points per game is the best stat IMO in determining the best defense. You can have a bend but don't break type of D that gives up yards but doesn't give up points.

Imagine if Denver had a pass rushing DE.

I think Al Wilson's play oftentimes gets overlooked.
That guy never gets blocked, and pass defends great
for a MLB. He's got one helluva motor.

denver D = overrated. oakland/cleveland/baltimore.

those have to be 3 of, if nt the 3 worst offenses around. then you have KC who shows up once every 3 or 4 weeks with damon huard at qb.

These things will work themselves out during the season but right now they are not overrated. They also beat NE on the road and held them to 7 points.
