I went to renew the filmroom, and twice instead of the madden filmroom I got NCAA. I sent a ticket to the support center, but no one contacted me. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and should I dispute this on my credit card now, or wait for a response from VGS.

Was it yesterday when you placed the order. If so, I am sure it will be taken care of today.

Will the filmroom be up today? I went to it a couple of times this morning, but it wasn't updated yet.

Just for the record I wanted the family to know that my problem was fixed in a timely fashion, and the additional payment I made will be added to the next renewal. Great Service!:D
