i need help with the 3-4

i enjoy using the steelers , but i cant seem stop the run with what is one of the best run defenses in the league . i use the 3-4 out of the steelers play book . i also tend to have a problem with pass defense at times , sometimes they play great but others times my zone either gets shredded or ill switch to man to man and i get burned even with double coverage. is it the steelers or the playbook ?? im sure some of it is user era but ive been playing for a while now so any help is nice , also it tends to be those fade routes that destroy my man and my zone .

Spread the DL (L1 Up)
Pinch The LBs (R1 Down)

That helps hide the LBs behind the DL. If you think it's a run call a blitz play and mess around the with LBs putting them in gaps. I'm going to go and get you the 3-4 thread off the board. I'm going to go and try and find the link for you it will help.
