Can someone suggest some good plays our of this formation that has good routes or playbooks that I can find good plays in? I am trying to open my offense up but keep the treat of running in the forefront of the defenders mind. Any suggestions would be great, for this formation or other the can get this done.

Just what I do.....

1.Run up the middle. Spread block the line (RStick up) and run between the gaps. Follow the FB and cut off his butt when he meets the LB.

2.Look for a LB covering the slot and run ins/out/drags with him.

3.Against zone, streak the slot,hook the #1 WR, and have a back go to the flats. Flats are open or slot is one on one deep.

4.Against man-blitz when one safety drops, look to the opposite side, to the #2 WR. He has 1 on 1 coverage. Also, look to the back in the flats on that side.

5. If you feel like a big blitz is coming (engage 8 or if they're sending 7 normally also), motion the FB out wide and he's almost always uncovered whether it's man or zone behind the big blitz.

6.Run slants with the #1 behind the slot as he clears out for you.

7.Motion the FB if you wanna help seal the end on wider/stretch runs.

8.Use formation shift to disguise runs w/out actually changing the play. Or do this and hot aud (RStick down) from the new formation for a different run.

9.If you wanna run right, motion the slot to the left side and see if he takes the defender with him. If so, this may open the outside up for you. Start the run inside but look to bounce it out.

When I play with a squad that has two good backs what I do is put my primary back in the slot and then run a dive. Then the next time I select this formation I'll have the SE run a streak and have my running back run an out route. Dump it off and let him do his thing!
