why is he so highly rated in the game, he rushes for about 150 everytime i play him, hes like another jamal lewis

Have you watched him play in real life? He isn't a second string running back. He takes all the short yardage attempts for the Giants (he ran over Ronde Barber today on 3rd and 1).

Everybody loves backup HBs until they become the starter. You will all see how different it is when you are a starter.... Troy Hambrick was a beast like Jacobs when he was the backup and then once it came time to start, he got nothing done. It has happened COUNTLESS other times. Lamont Jordan anybody???
Let him play a full game or two before you pronounce him LJ.

I wouldnt say hes the next lj, but he is def better than troy hambrick...........also lamont jordan plays on the bum *** raiders..................

He's no L J but only time will tell you also cant compare him to troy hambrick that guys was a joke lol. I also think jordan would do much better on a differnt team.

Hes actuall 265 and 6'4 with a 40yard dash speed of 4.5 seconds. If he stays healthy, hell be a lot more than LJ when TIki is gone.

He's amonster.. and if he proves himself in the passing game also then you'll have a 6'4 HB w/ pass catching abilities.. thats like another WR.. a BIG WR... I think his AGI is too low in madden.

Jacobs need tiki to have a good running game. Jacobs does look like an allright back. You give him 10yards instead of 2, and U gunna be saying teams stop Jabobs with out tiki. But ya that guy is a beast, and he should stfu, every time he gets 4+ yards hes in someones face like a beef is gunna start, I'm getting sick of it. And someone said hes gunna be better then LJ, he will never be as good as LJ, stats wise and just running back wise.

sounds like someone's a little pissy about brandon running through about 4 Boys for a 4 yard td the other night. maybe its just me....

Jacobs is a really good asset to a team. He pretty much will get you a 1st down on almost every 3rd and 2 or 3rd and 1. But you take Tiki outa the mix and leave him to be a #1hb, then he fo sure won’t be as good as people think he is. He should be a FB, and do cross fakes quick hits with Tiki and him.

He might not be as good as tiki but he gets 5.1 yeards a pop and as long as the giants have all that talent around
he should do good.
