Beating the cover-2 with safeties man coverage

A friend of mine does the exact same defense on about 90% of his defensive plays. 4-3 cover 2 but he brings up both safeties to the line of scrimmage then playmakers them to double the wides with man coverage. I try to hit the middle of the field but he always has my TE in some type of over under coverage as well as my 2 wideouts with those safeties. It is also tough to run against since he has so many guys at the line of scrimmage, same goes for any screens. Just seems like a very tough defense to beat. Got any advice?

lol u gotta be kidding me. Send the rb on streak motion him out the backfield and let it fly. Te on streak. Te corner route. Simple defense to beat

an easy route combination is a TE post route + WR streak on the same side of the field, see what route the SS/FS jumps on (usually the WR) and toss it over to you're TE

also try out patterns with the slot guy or/and maybe the TE should work
