Is the eBook really worth my $27. I've been considering it, but I'm uncertain. Does anyone have it and (HONESTLY) does it help.

Does it help? Yes, absolutely.

However Compression 301 comes out very soon. That's a better value IMO.

Watch this post get deleted.. if you read it before it does, hit me up on AIM at yellinginmyear03 if you have any questions about it.

Thanks for replying. So what are the differences in the two if you don't mind me asking.

The Virtual Playbook goes over some basics that a veteran Madden player will know. Things like hot routes, how to use backs out of the backfield, packages. It goes over a few offensive and defensive schemes briefly without getting into gory details of breaking down specific plays. It gives you a very good idea of which passing routes to use against certain coverages, how to beat each kind of zone, how to attack bump and run, things like that. It's stuff that helps out a lot if you dont know it, but if you've been playing for a long time, you might already know it. It's mostly concepts.

The compression book is a lot more specific, going into a lot of detail on how to run your offense. It gives specific plays and tells you why they work. After reading this book your offense will have a very specific direction it's going, like a well oiled machine, instead of just picking a play that "looks good" every down. You'll know exactly what to do in every situation. It does assume a level of understanding of the stuff covered in the VP, though.

I think both are good values, it just depends on your level of experience.
