Cover 0 Blitz vs Vick, What am I missing?

Ive played two games in a row where the defense comes out in either a nickel or a nickel 3-3-5 and ive been shut down by the Cover 0 man-man blitz with the NB blitzing. i know im missing something but i tried alot of things that didnt work... any help?

yeah, quick pass is the ticket man.
go to the I formation, make your backs block and hit White on a fly pass. White's speed is a 93. When I use the Falcons, I put Leilie in as my wide receiver, his speed is 96. If the defense is covering you man to man with no safeties covering, you can beat them every time.

hike the ball, 2 steps back, "lead" your receiver with a quick pass.

If you're looking to use a go route, don't forget that DUNN is your best WR.

I use formation package HB & WR.

if they send cover 0 blitz come out in singleback big either normal or HB wideout protect with both TE's and your hb and send lelie and white/dunn on streaks.
