Need help applying pressure

Many ballers out there that have enough time to throw to a receiver such as Chad Johnson or Santana Moss seem to have way too much time to throw. I'll try to throw in some heat but the still get the 2 seconnds+ that they need in order to hit them on the route. Anyone have some good packages as to applying the heat through the 4-3 book?

just try to mix it up, run manual blitzes and zone blitzes and manually guard holes in the defense. try running blitzes with your CB's and shift your LB's on certain blitzes.:)
