ea server issue! Big b, Kobra, someone help!

Boy did i ever get the run around when i talked to an ea server technician just now! they wanted to give me a uo trace to see why my server couldnt connect to theirs. Heres the thing I cant connect the ea server for madden 07 for the ps2 or ncaa 06 for the ps2, yet I tried smackdown vs raw 2006 and i connected just fine!
I talked to my ISP and they said with my modem they dont block any ports at all!, and they tested ping to my ps2 and it was fine. So I called the ps2 tech number and THEY said that it had to be the ea server and yet ea seems to think its still my ISP!
I may never get to play madden online again!:confused: By the way uo trace program didnt do anything. the tech said that I would have to talk to a senior technician tomorrow, basically he didnt have a clue! Well I will give him one... ea servers ARE THE PROBLEM

I really dont know what we can do to help. It seems to me you tried to contact the right people, I guess maybe by a new PS2 modem adapter or maybe reinstall the one you have.

I had this problem last year in 06.. i could play Call of Duty 2 online but whenever i got into madden 06 online id get booted or couldnt connect.. turned out my modem was bad, somehow call of duty worked but Madden didnt.. try using a differnt modem..
