Nickel is perhaps my favorite defense in the whole ball game/universe man. I wish they had a package called "Nickel linebacker pass rush." Its really hard to say what Nickel formation set I like best, but they are all pretty solid. The 3-3-5 is one of my more prefered base passing defenses. One of the keys to running this sucessfull style of defense is knowing how to do the linebacker shift/linebacker blitz feature. Its always nice knowing that you can bring pressure or blitzes within a half of second of setting up. Coverage sacks are very typical with the Nickel unless your playing with slow DE's or against a fast qb.
