Is there anyway to run the football against someone who run commits every time you run the ball. If he doesn't do run commit I gain 8 yds a carry but when he run commits its hard to get back to the line of scrimmage.

use any play action play and audible to streaks
if you really want to run it, i've found tosses are better against run commit than anything else.

ya, definatly play actions, also try plays like fake fb hb toss, he mite commit down and the outsides will b wide open for good yardage

Draws or delays should work well because if he tries to run commit it it'll be too late and his guy will look like a retard Hit Sticking the air

Try tosses and sweeps. Most have a natural tendency to committ str8 down and if your going out towards the sides with a toss or sweep, he might be screwed. Also Slams/Plunges out of Singleback and FB Dives because those are the quickest developing runs. Anything that takes a bit longer to develope like Counters, Slam/Blast/Off-Tackle out of I-Form, Stretch, you want to avoid IMO. Might also want to try some HB Pass, works nice with LT. :D

It all depends on the integrity of the D. If he is manually moving a bunch of defenders around, and or has defenders that have low awareness, then you should be able to find an easy cut back lane on tosses & sweeps.
If your opponent runs a stout D, then gonna need to really focus on pre- snap adjustment. YOu'll need to be real meticulous, & start counting defenders on each side of the ball to determine where you want to run.

Yea easiest way is with play actions but if you running the clock see if he is commiting down or side to side like somenoe said earlier. If its side to side then run HB dives. if its straight down then run toss sweeps.

The AI in the game follows where you direct your stick. So if he run commits as soon as the ball is snaped you can fool his AI.
The best way to fool the AI is to hold the opposite direction you want to run before the QB hands the ball off to you (that way the AI will get in position to stop a run to the opposite you are actually going). This requires you to not hold the speed burst, because it notifys the defense you are running and the AI will tell the defenders to get off their blocks. Thats what is happening when you see a nice hole to hit, but as soon as you get to it a defender rolls off his block and makes the tackle.

i didnt read all the posts so this may already be up there but...
against a run committer what i like to do is FAKE lead block. i control a leadblocker on a PA hike, but dont hit a button. what happens is you will be controlling the qb as soon as the PA is over. this works very well.
another thing is with leadblocking. take a counter play to the left, control the rt. sometimes he will run commit right because that is where you are, leaving your rb with a lot of room on the left.
this works very well with fake fb hb toss. i just broke and 80 yarder doing that against a run committer.
fake leadblocking is VERY effective against run committing and you should fool around with it. some players might not be fooled but this should be of some help to you

HB Slam and Plunge out of SB sets. Also, FB dive out of weak sets. This should get him to stop with the run committ.
