Defensive Guide

Just wondering when this guide is coming out. Ever since I've gotten my xbox 360 I cannot stop people from scoring and it becomes a shootout. On CG I used to win in games with scores of 17-13 now its like 40-31.

i can't believe you guys started with 3-4 lol. hopefully you'll get around to some 4-3 and 46 stuff. i could understand if you didn't have time for ps2 unfortunately.

does anyone know any defense that can stop the deep corner post because i cant and need to figure out how. it works everytime no matter who the reciever is so if someone would tell me how to stop that route it would be great...:D

3-4 is alot better than 4-3 because it hides the blitz better.

3-4 might be better for blitzing, but not everyone blitzes the whole time. i'm sure you guys know madden way better than i do though. i just like 4-3 cuz thats what my team ran in high school. i think its better against the run probably. and you can kind of disguise blitzes out of 4-6 and 4-6 bear. i'm definitely gonna get the 3-4 guide since i only know 4-3 now.

Here is an update. I went ahead and just cut off production. There were a few things I did not get to and you will see those under Additional Notes in a few of the sections. But here are the Table of Contents.

As a word document it was over 400 pages. I don't know how that is going to translate we'll see. I'm just making an addition to the Introduction right now PS3 Controls and 360 Controls and it'll be a wrap. There are alot of blitzes in the guide. Spend time practicing the setups and I promise you you will get sacks and you will get alot of turnovers using the coverage schemes.
