quick pass question

ive noticed that some qbs just suck at throwing quick passes. a lot of times those qbs can make the pass in practice mode but not online. i think that the reason they dont make the pass well is because of awareness because the qbs ive had problems with (cutler, young, vick, and others) all had small cones.

my question is, how do you consistently and efficiently make quick passes with those qbs without the worry of the ball getting picked.

with someteams that have backup qbs that could make the pass such as denver, i could make the sub, but, against a good player they would recognize that plummer only comes in for quickpasses.

I find w/quick passes it's not the awr, it's the QB's accuracy rating...I use the 49'ers and Titans and I quick pass successfully w/both Alex Smith and Vince young...I just find that they will sometimes overthrow the ball or sometimes they dont throw it high b/c they have low accuracy ratings, but for the most part they complete the passes...
