picking a team

what team would you rather have for a scheme that involves good d and pounding the rock?

falcons
ravens
chargers
broncos

falcons got a solid d and dunn is a great back

ravens got the best d or 2nd best and can really pound the ball for consistent yards but lewis is a fumbler

chargers got solid d and best rb in the game, but they are a 34 team which isnt really the type of d everyone loves so i would need some help with that

or broncos best or 2nd best d, great line, but both hbs are fumblers

im a solid passer and i can get that going on any team so that is why i was asking about d and running

If your passing game is solid why not use the Bears? Thomas Jones and Cedric Benson are a good 1-2 combo which will allow you to mix things up. The Ravens don't really have any other option than the pound game. The Falcons don't really have a "pounder" although Dunn and Norwood are both good speed backs.
