I ordered the next gen playbook on 12/26/06 and still have not received it I have a confirmation receipt for payment but have yet to receive tha actual book. Just wondering when I would Receive It.

Normally it comes within the first few mintues after order. When you place the order, you should of seen a web page that allows you to download the books, plus has the codes you need to download the book. If you did not print the page, you will need to go here.

and fill out a ticket. Let the support team know what product you need the codes for. Also they will need your first and last name. Plus they will need your email address and type of payment that was made with the purchase.

I purchased my virtual playbook on 12/26, and i have gotten an error everytime i try to open it, so I would really like the guide, but i've tried everything to try and get help and i'm not getting any, so I was wondering how to refund my money.

Fill out a support ticket and let the support team know you like a refund for the VG Madden Playbook.

I ordered the Virtual Playbook - Net Gen on the 4th of this month via PayPal and have not received the product. I filled out a service ticket and have not gotten a response on that either so I filled out another one this morning.
I understand there can be up to a 48 hour delay when using PayPal but I am quite anxious to get the guide and not having any communication from anyone is irritating.
Also, how do I get the product? Do you email it to me? If anyone that can help, will help, please contact me.

I agree with you Slaxok. I ordered the guide the 26th and still have not been able to use it becasue of how complicated this whole process is. I'm positive that the material is grade A, but I just wish I was able to use it. I can see where you're coming from because I have been so frustrated with the lack of customer support that is given.

What is most disturbing is this company takes your money and all they have to do is provide a place to download the guide from. It's not like it has to be packaged or refrigerated or anything like a typical consumer good. It's just electronic media.
Did you get your money back? If so, can you tell me how much of a hassle it was and were you able to get a response from the ticket system?

I dont have much to do with customer support. I mainly just write for VG, but I do care about what goes on. I will PM this link to Jon and Bert. I do know on weekends, there is no one in the office to help out. As far as pay pal orders go, it does take up to 48 hours as long as it's not the weekend when the order is made. Also I know Jon was working on support tickets
on Friday because I did talk to him about a few tickets.

Thank you Kobra for your help and I certainly hope this can be rectified in a timely manner.
As a fellow Dallas Cowboys fan, I am so disappointed about the game last night. Good luck to Seattle in their attempt to get back to the SB.

I appreciate the help because I do really want to get this VG guide up and running, and it is nice of you to go out of your way. Also I have all the codes and confirmation recipt and everything, i just am having trouble getting the virtual playbook running. If you are willing to help we can either communicate through the forums, you can email me at baseballfreak24@sbcglobal.net , or if there are any other ways that are easier for you i will be willing to do it. Thank you Kobra for your help. I got the guide today and it is working perfectly. I do have one small critique though. In the reader, there is no way to have the text fit to page or fit to width and I have to lower the resolution on my monitor to make it readable. If I am missing a way to do this please let me know. Other than that, this looks like a great guide and I am torn between playing a playoff game and reading and working on strategy. A nice problem to have!

I read it at 1280x1024. I dont know if that will do for you, but it looks to me. As far I know the there is nothing inside the book to adjust resolution. The only way do that is through your CPU.
