Pressuring the QB

hey i use the panthers and i feel like i really havent been able to use their deffense at their highest potental. I cant seem to get effective pressure on the QB without leaveing at least one guy wide open.
anyone out there that can give me some ideas on how to solve my defensive problems?

Well first, Julius Peppers is your LE. I'd blitz two linebackers on his side, and try and overload the right side of the opposing teams offensive line. I'd go Nickel 3-3-5, rush one linebacker to the left, and then send the other two in behind Peppers.

Second, I like to blitz and play bump-and-run with my corners. It doesn't allow the play to set up, and most often the quaterback will throw it in complete.
