Defense vs. goaline

I know there have been many posts about goaline since 360 came out. I have tried that Quarter defense versus my friend who always does goalline off-tackle. He usually uses the Eagles. He is a quick-snapper so I don't have enough time to set it up because he lets the animation run. I don't have 360, I have ps2 so I can't practice against it. What defensive play and type of defense does well against goalline off-tackle. He is very good at breaking tackles and we play on all-pro. My team varies.

play ur goalline against his goaline and either run Flat side or gaps fire
Flat side is the one that has zone flats
Gaps fire has the CBs and mlb blitz

both are effective for me
