Running attack/Play action defense

I am playing a buddy who uses the PIT running game and then pulls some play-action on me. While using that combo, he sometimes does a hurry-up offense to keep me from getting the right DEFs I want on the field.

So my question is: What are the best DEFs, that I can use, that are effective versus both the running game and the playaction. And if there are not many DEFs, that are good for both, I would like to know which ones to use so I can audible into them.

BTW, I am using the DEN 4-3....excellent LB and DBs, but average to poor DEF line.

try using a the pass commit to help out with playaction it will keep ur guys from biting on it. as far def that works I am not sure but i like to use a 4-3 under or over with a cover 1 it is hit or miss with the run tho
