Franchise and created playbooks?

I looked around, and havnt seen anything about madden for the gamecube! i guess GC isnt that popular for madden.

Anyway, i created an offensive and defensive playbook. When i pick my playbook on a PlayNow game, my i can choose to use my own, but when i go to franchise i cant choose the playbook i created. i dont know why not though, does anyone know?
