Charged Twice For The Same Book

Last night I purchased compression 301 and recieved pop up message that there was a problem with my purchase and I would have to redo it. Well after resubmitting my order, there are 2 purchases on my credit card and there should only be one. If someone could help me, I'd really appreciate it.

Not to mention that I cant seem to get the ebook icons installed onto my desktop. That's another story. I'm more concerned about the payment issue. Thanks.

and fill out a ticket. Let the support team know what product you need help with. Also they will need your first and last name. Plus they will need your email address and type of payment that was made with the purchase.

As far as icons go it depends on where you downloaded the book. If you downloaded the book for instance in "My Documents", you will find the Compression 301 Icon in that folder.

I filled out a ticket almost a month ago. I paid twice for the Redskins book. It wasn't your fault as I explained in the ticket. It was mine. I first ordered by pay pal and a week went by and no book so I thought I did something wrong. I then ordered by credit card in which i received the book instantly. my screen name is curtdog23 and my e-mail address is curtdog23@verizon.net. Please advise. I really don't want the money back I do support the site so how about using that money and send me another book. I believe the compression 301 is the same price. Let me know your thoughts.
