Some tech help from members?

Hey I purchased the guides several weeks ago but have been unable to access them. I get a message about having a firewall or anti-virus software preventing me from accessing the books. I have disabled my firewall and I have no virus software. I just run spybot every now and then. So does anyone have any ideas? Possible security settings or something I need to tweak? I would SERIOUSLY appreciate any help forum members could provide! It is obvious the company's tech support has lost me in the shuffle.

JB, do you have another CPU that is convient so you can try to put the files on to view them. It sounds like to me that you have you tried everything else with your CPU to open them up. If you don't have another CPU, PM and we will go in another direction to help you out.
