Is there Defense in this game?

I switch from Ps2 and Im having no problems scoring , getting like 35 a game and im undefeated using vick but im giving up like 30+ also the only success I have is engage 8 blitzs + fire blitz!

U play soft and u give up 5 on the dive all day + dbs suck going back especially in zone, its like they stop - any tips? Can u individually bump wrs? they need to tone down the momentum on these quick runs rbs falling forward

The DB's AI is awful for zone so I only run it in isolated instances. The staple of my scheme is man under with 2 deep safety help. If you're worried about the run you can run a 4-6 with this type of coverage and it does a decent job against both the run and the pass against base offensive sets (single back normal/big, I-form, strong i, weak I- all sets with 2 WR's).

If there are 3 WR on the field, I'm not comfortable with this D though. I'll get into a 4-3 normal or under or a nickel strong...
