Next Gen - whats your best play call vs guys who run out of goalline every play?

mine used to be 46 inside blitz or rush outside, or if my opponent doesnt snap the ball ASAP quarter fire blitz. i would always try and jump the snap as well

but now, i dont know. i was running 46 but seemed like i didnt have enough outside containment and people broke many long runs. just tried 43 normal 2 man under vs a guy who strictly ran offtackle right, and it seemed like i had a lot more success w/ it. my SS seemed to make the tackle or atleast slow the rb down (tough for mike brown to get mcgahee) when he broke outside.

do you guys usually call blitzes, man unders, zones, or combinations vs goalline? what formation?

got any plays that work like the fire blitz but are set up faster?

Minds is called the great jump glitch, lol
I had to stop playing because of all the BS. The goaline offense and me deep lobbing to Brandon Marshall gets kinda bored after a while. Im not one to complain about BS but Ive been doing alot of it myself, like 4th and 8 i throw into triple coverage to be funny and Javon Walker comes down with it. Im actually tired of doing BS. Maybe bext year.

3 4 over crossfire works against FB dives, the other ones i have not figured out how to stop yet... It's all random.

yeah the random thing gets me, if a team runs the same play about 25 times a game looks like at some point it should click tot your defense as to were they will run the ball, instead the A.I. acts as if its never seen the play before.

LOL, maybe you should call a different defense...

hes saying the defense he calls works the first 3 downs but they go for it on 4th, do the same exact thing, but it works for them

It's tough. I have had intermittant success for some reason with Quaters even with time to setup. It makes for a boring game because once some starts that then I tend to want to throw it back at them then it's whoever gets the ball last unless you are able to stop it. I've had games where I was able to stuff it but I can't seem to do it reliably.

It is stoppable though. Guy I was playing earlier didn't start until the end. Close game and I started stuffing him on D. Then he came out with Goaline. He toasted me on it but I couldn't run it on him. He had great manual stick control but not sure what play he used. Bottom line is he had better stick. Sucked I couldn't stop the goal line though but since he was able to stop me when I tried it a couple times I couldn't complain. He ended up running the clock down and by the time I got the ball back I had just enough time to get to the 7 yard line then missed the pass to get the win.

Any good stategies (plays combined with stick) would be appreciated. For now I guess I just need to practice my manual pursuit in the lab.
