send alot of pressure on the side that your using your DE with. They will either pick up the offensive line so you can get the sack or vice versa.

put a blitzing LB on top the OT that is guarding him, and bring the DE out, the OT should take on the LB, and the DE is free. Make sure that there is someone attacking the Guard too, or else the guard will shift out to help on the LB, and the OT will take on the DE instead.
