Shading Safetys, PS3

Does anyone know how to shade safetys for the Ps3? I tried x + up on the sticks and neither of them work. If you know how to do it then please tell me. Thanks.

(I know how to shade them left and right but I want to know how to shade them back)

ive been looking for that myself but i dont think it is in the game what i do though(because im fs) is shade them right so that way the right side of the field is covered, then i can manually get the other

Yeah, thats what I've been doing recently. I guess i'll just have to keep doing that then if it's not in the game.
