I havent received anything on it yet...I also put in a trouble ticket and havent heard anything from it yet...I just sent email to support. I would like to get my playbook tomorrow if at all possible

I ordered a guide like a week ago but I used paypal without thinking and I've sent them 2 tickets and I asked for a refund because I have not recieved anything. I went ahead and bought the guide using option 1 which I should have done from the start. Im hoping they can just refund the money because I dont need 2 guides 1 which I never got. That or maybe they might let me buy something else that would be fair to. I hope to hear something from them.

If proof of purchase is needed i have the paypal transaction email. I realize that paypal takes longer and had i realized it i would have not ordered it via paypal but i ordered it wed night
