How do you kick better?

My kicking sucks, I play with San Diego, and I can't make a field goal past 35 yards. Several people I play against will make 50 yarders with ease.

My kickoffs rarely make it to the endzone. Right now I just aim, pull the lever and kick it. I get close the top most of the time.

Is thier some other tricks?
