View Full Version : what are the best plays to use in the two minute offense
I was playing the orther day and i was put to the test. Ihad two minutes to mount an attack to either win the game or go into overtime.I started at my own 25 yard line. Iwas playing with the redskins and i was using there playbook. So it begins 1st and 10 the first play i use was a hb blast from the strong formation heavy it gain me five yards, the second play i use was a curls route from i 3wrs route.it pick up 12 yards. the next play i use was a shoutgun normal slant hook, that play got me 20 yards. now im in my opponet 42 yard line.Isaw the corner doubling my wideouts so i went to and aublie hb middle out of spit back 3 wrs set and pick up 12 yards.now im on the 32 so i run a off tackle play with portis i only pick up 2 yards the defense crash the left side.now it 3 and 8 he drops into a cover 2 i go with single back spread trip route a come back route, throw a bullet to moss he catch it but is push out of bounds. now there a challenge to see if the wr has posesion. The verdict comes that moss didnt catch the ball in bounds. So now it 4 and a mile i hot route my reciver on a te corner route and hit him in the flats and he takes it to the five yard line. yes i went for it on fourth down make a long story short portis ran off tackle and score and i won the game 28- 21. but it got me to thinking what are the best two minutes offense plays you have done to either win a game or tied or lose it if you have some please post i love to hear some im out alc.

well its the computer so just throw it deep and user catch it, the computer is so bad.
To snaponic or whatever your tag is. Idont know what level you may play on, but you are not gonna just sit in the pocket and try to throw deep. The cpu defense is not gonna just let you go deep. I dont know how you could come with such a lame answer. Rather than post maybe you should go back and practice and i do mean practice. think before you speak or in this case post. im out alc

Once you got to the 32, I don't know why you didn't just run out the clock and kick a field goal.
And I've found the ultimate way to move the ball on the computer. You have the Washington playbook, so it should work for you:
Go to I-form Close and audible either receiver to a fade (tri and up on right analog). Then look at them from the snap and throw it high to them. Unless the computer completely swamps the receiver with coverage, it will be a catch.
Oh, and this works much better with taller receivers.

honestly if u play against the computer only throwing it deep is very very easy. you may not complete every one, but 1/3 is more than doable. Get some stick skillz and maybe u can do it. User catching is vitale to having a good offense.

It's easy if the computer is not expecting it every time. If you keep doing the same thing against the computer, it will catch on.
Now, if you're throwing to Matt Jones or someone tall and are very good at getting the jump animations, then yes, you can throw deep all day.

1 out of 3 not on all-madden the cpu will catch on to this and hit you as you come down and jar the ball loose. You must mix it up between WR what team you run?
