Beating Pass Commit

Hey guys, I've been playing online for awhile and have had pretty good success, but I'm having some trouble with a buddy of mine. I've been playing solid defense and running the ball well, but my passing game has fallen apart. I use the KC playbook and the San Diego chargers.

I've almost always had a terrific passing game, but now he's adjusted and uses pass commit a LOT. I've burned him a few times run commiting on PA, but how am I supposed to pass when he calls pass commit everytime? I'm really having a hard time with it.

Draw plays work well because the guys will drop back in coverage, and there will be lots of holes.

Really though pass commit is only good for play action. Other then that it's really useless.

To me pass commit doesn't really do **** like run commit but what you could do is feed him ound cake he'll get full pretty quickly. You may only be gettin 3-4 yards a pop but that'll get on his nerves. Atleast it gets on mine.

I know when I pass commit, I get killed by counter plays or sweeps around the end.

I've noticed that when someone uses pass commit that the defenders drop back very suddenly leaving short routes wide open. I use my backfield alot when passing and anytime someone pass commits, it leaves the flats and stuff through the middle open for them. Hit him with short routes.
