Can someone please help and tell me how do you perform the 'Delay Bump 'N' Run'. Thanks.

do normal bump and run and then audible back to original play, the defense will now do delayed bump and run

Is this just for man coverage or does it work in zone also?

This is the perfect set-up for a long pass. I love scenario's like this because I have made allot of big plays when people play tight coverage like this. What you need to do is take control of that receiver, if they are in man coverage and manually catch the ball. I don't know how good you are at manual catching but this will break them from doing this if you hit in the mouth a couple of times with a few big plays like this. Try manual catching with your receiver and you should light them up. Try not to throw into double coverage doing this because you may get picked. But if they are playing you man to man. Then it is time to carry it to the bank and cash that check.

I've seen it before too. Its a variation on the delayed BnR.

Actually, it's called Illegal Contact if the ball isn't in the air, buddy. And yes, it does happen.

I have a B gap nano I use alot from the 4-3 Under. Using the
Cover 2 with mixing your safety coverage and backing off the
CBs w/ the delay works consistently well against most opponents.

...it is actually bNr and then flip the play.

Both ways work. You can also flip it twice to get back to your original playcall - and it still works.

When you flip it twice what on defense can you that it will cancell the bump and run?

I think that you are trying to ask if it cancels it if u flip it twice, but no it doesn't
