Hey, am new here but not new to madden. i need help trying to stop the falcons. i play with the Panthers. my
friend all he does is run with vick or go deep or do a slant with his TE and i cant seem to stop that every time i play him he always beats me by 40 and i dont like that so now i NEed Help can some one help me i will greatly thank you.

Get in some type of DE Contain Package with QB Spy. The DE will come out very wide on the sides and the spy will follow vick where ever he goes with out crossing the line. Then you should take the safty to help cover the TE. I use a Man Lock System becouse if the d line doesnot get to vick i still have a man on his WR/TE. The Zone will give up the hole to fast for me. So the only thing i got to watch out for is when the WR/TE are comming back to vick or if one WR/TE is to fast for my definder most times it the Lb who gets beat...

The Panthers CBs are pretty fast. Play loose coverage and he won't be able to get open on fly patterns against you. Then just worry about the crossing, post and corner patterns with your safety. Blitzing the slot corners will also keep him from being able to run around too much because the corners can close pretty quickly.

The big problem is if the guy realizes that he can run a more generic offense and be really unstoppable. Guys who run 2 WR offense and mix in the run are tough to stop because you have to attack the edges of the offense constantly. This opens up the middle run.

people say blitzing vick is the best and this could be true. but me personally i don't even worry about sacking vick i just make sure he is contain. i like to play a dime de contain lb qb spy. and roam the field with the middle line backer and force him to be a qb and most people who play with the falcons suck at throwing the ball
