Gang Tackling for the XBOX 360 (or lack thereof)

Well, so I just got run all over for the tune of 250 yards. I could not stop the guy with the !#!@#@! 3-4 defense. Anyway, I caved and bought LBZRule's guide which is actually quite helpful. However, as with anything, there are certain problems with this game that scheme can not correct. A major one we don't really talk about is the lack of gang tackling for the 360. Take a look at this video. I get 4 people on the ball carrier, but only the first one engages so it's a 7 yard gain instead of a 2 yard loss, and there's nothing I can do about it (grumble...).
