Trouble running the lead toss play

I been trying to master this play every since i pick up this year madden. I have no success in executing this play down in the redzone or out in the middle of the field. Can someone in the forum explain how to best do this play? Yes i practice this play for hours in practice mode against differnt defense but in the games against the cpu or a human opponet i get nothing. So if i can get some help i would greatly appreciated it. im out alc

I too struggle with this play. It always seems like the defense gets 3 or 4 guys out wide of me and they just slide right past my blockers. I've tried to refrain from using sprint too early but then i usually get caught from behind by a DT or the DE.

Do you guys that run this well run wide and turn up, or stay on your FB's butt, or dip in and then out again or what?
