unstopable rbs

i am having trouble stopping some rbs from breaking tackles .the guy was somehow puting his head down and covering up the ball and running right through tacklers. these guys i was tackling him with were big guys either linemen or lbs . is there some way to break tackles ( pushing comination of buttons) . i have tried most things in the lab nothing worked. this has happened numerous times with dif players.

Nope. Some RB's are very strong, and some lineman or LB's can't tackle very well. Who was the RB, who is ur team?

well the first thing is to call the right plays.

dont use the quater, nickle or dime defense.

use 4-3, 46 or 3-4.

bunch the linemen together. shift the linebackers to the weakside, or the side the person likes to run on. dont always send the all out blitz, have only 2 or 3 lbs blitz from the 34 or 43.


if all else fails, dont be afraid to run a goaline formation. just make sure its a zone that has your safteys deep.

i know how you feel. sometimes i can stop the run, and sometimes no matter what im just a doormat.

everytime i try to play with ricky williams hes always fumbling and costing me the ball game. it seems when other people use him he runs all over me and never fumbles. thats jus the way madden is.

A LOT OF LBS AND EVEN DLS CAN NOT TACKLE THE LEWISES, WILLIAMS, DILLIONS, OR EVEN SANDERSES OF THE WORLD. WHAT I TRY TO DO IS HAVE MORE THAN ONE GUY THERE. THIS MY MIND SET ON DEFENSE, I AM HERE TO SLOW YOU DOWN UNTIL MY OTHER TEAM MATES GET HERE.

MY ADVICE TO YOU IS TRY TO GET MORE BODIES IN THE AREA. BUT UNTILL THENI WILL CONTINUE TO USE MY JAMAL LEWIS.
