How do you post video's in post's and sigs?

I saw a thread up a few weeks ago but can't find it. I know you can post youtube but can you post any hosted video? I have a video on my website and it is a .wmv file. Can I just post it like a youtube file and it will play? If so what tags do I use to post a video?

Its you tube.. or animated gif.. thats it.

you'd need to convert it to an animated gif, and you can only use about 5 to 10 seconds of a video for that.

Unless you have Image ready or Premium image from adobe. Than you can cut parts of a video clip and than add them to your sig.

Oh, well I'm not making an animated sig. I'm just putting a 10 min. video in it. I'll just use youtube though.
