Aint that the truth. And when everything is garbage, people have trouble determining what is actually good.
Example:
If you're homeless and starving you can choose from these meals.
a) rotten meat
b) baby ***** with lettuce
c) worms
d) old moldy pizza crust in the bottom of the garbage
There's no way I'm choosing to eat *****, I'll take the pizza crust. The point is its all bad but there's always going to be something that is the best of all the worst things available.

selling CD's is about marketing, not about being a top artist. People will go out and buy any crap if it is shoved down their throats appropriately. If there is one thing america does well, it is marketing

Yes, I do believe the people who like this garbage ARE gernerally dumb, hence the whorrible lyrics they accept as something they should be listening to. And, I believe they ARE ignorant of what music is. Music isnt some talentless clown reading the lines of some 3rd grade english class poetry assignment to some beat made by some chump thats basicaly the same arrangement of the last 20 beats the guy has made. This "music" is fueled by promotion and assembly line production.

RAP is not horrid, the Cracker jack talent that's out there today and the people who listen to these cracked out lyrics are the horrid ones. If I come out with a track talking about Tripe soup with some purple juice on the side and you buy it and give it play, you automatically know they're going to be some idiots out there that will run this **** to the ground. it's the crackheads that buy this **** that are to blame. The mentality that "It sells so it must be good" Is crap!!! If everyone got together and demanded from these artists that they come out with some original ****, they'd be less **** out like that soulja boy, that lean with it, rock with it **** and all the other garbage **** that's out there. But i don't blame some of today's youth for what they listen to, I blame your parents. Because of them smoking crack, this is what we're left with...a whole bunch of grown up crack babies. Crack babies are all grown up folks, get ready for some more outrageous ****!!! I can come up with a song about scratching my balls and it would go platinum by weeks end.
