Anyone there who wants to play str8 online games?
I mean no cheese, no quits, no going for it on 4th all the game.
I played about 10 games, lost most of the time. whenever i could have won my opponent did quit. itīs frustating.
Iīm just looking for some guys who really want to play football, no kiddies that just care about their rating.

Your best bet is to join a league. Check out the VGOML. there may be some opening very soon... Otherwise post your online user name.

I'm a Football Purist first, Madden Player second. I won't play anybody asking for a STR8 game. Too many bad expereinces. Like you, my choice has probably caused me to lose the opportunity to play some VERY GOOD PLAYERS.

Thing is... I avoid Str8 players for the same reasons you avoid NON-Str8 players. POOR SPORTSMANSHIP.

When you beat someone that plays "Str8" its seems it's never because you were better, smarter, or you had the better game plan... It always because you "glitched," "cheesed," or otherwise "cheated."

Fact is, STR8 players aren't any better sportsman than guys that don't play STR8. They pull, they quit, they whine, and they often don't take responsibility for thier decisions on the field.

Case in point... I beat the tar out of a guy from this site in a game. He asked for a rematch, so I honored his 2nd challenge as well. He went up 21-0 before I noticed his tendency to play cover 2 on 1st and 2nd down. I ONLY ran my Cover 2 killer for the rest of the half and went up 28-21. He quits the game.

The next day, he flames me in a post saying that I only run 1 play, motion glitched, etc... He failed to mention that he was running 1 play on defense, that he paused incessantly to type "BS" after every time I scored, and that I told him to stop running cover 2. He's the guy we are ALL LOOKING TO AVOID. Str8 or not.

Instead of looking for "STR8" games... Look for gamers with HONOR. I can almost guarantee that once you play a few guys with honor, you won't mind thier playstyle.
